We are proud to offer a great customer experience , from helping with any queries you may have before ordering, during the order process and any after care advice you may have after your patio has been laid. 

However, we strongly recommend reading through our terms of service to ensure you are happy with the way we operate.

 

Our website , social media and media

All media & information displayed on our website, social media and any other form of media we display are for rough display purposes only and do not represent a guaranteed look of how the paving stones you receive from us may look in real life. 

Even though we try to make our images look as realistic as possible there is no guarantee your patio will look the same due to natural stone being prone to variations in appearance. 

Because of this we recommend ordering a sample from us and to contact us prior to ordering to get a ‘real-life’ look & feel of the stones and to answer any queries you may have.

All literature displayed on our website, social media and any other form of media / literature are for display & guideline purposes only. If there is any part of the process you are unsure on we strongly recommend getting  in touch with the team prior to ordering to ensure you are happy with the way we operate.


Samples

Samples are a great way to see the product in real life. The cost to order a sample box is £5.

For this cost you can add up to 4x products sent as a sample.

The £5  fee helps to cover the cost of the samples as well as postage costs. 

Samples of 600x900 or patio packs of stone will most likely come in the form of a 120mm x 120mm cut piece of stone. Because we cut the samples ourself some or all of the edges may have a ‘straight cut’ finish from our cutting blade. 

When receiving full stones as part of a full order (not samples) all edges will have a natural finish, different to the samples we have cut. 

If you would like a larger samples please feel free to to get in touch with the team prior to ordering. 

Samples of 200mm x 100mm x 50mm blocks & 200mm x 50mm x 50mm blocks will come as 1x full block.


However, as we can only send a small piece of the stone as a sample it is still likely the stones you receive will have different variations in colour & appearance. 

We strongly recommend viewing your samples in natural outside lighting and viewing your samples both wet & dry so that you can see the stones in all conditions that they will be prone to in your garden. 

Our Products

We take great care in providing the best service we can when dealing with natural products. We always provide the best quality products that we can and have gained great customer satisfaction because of this. However, due to the nature of the product there are some factors we cannot control.

We strongly recommend reading through our terms & conditions to ensure you are happy with what to expect with natural stone. 

Naturally, products may be porous, subject to veining, prone to staining, prone to pitting, prone to scratching and/or prone to change their appearance and/or performance over time.

  • Natural paving is a product which is made directly from natural quarried materials. There can be many different variations amongst paving slabs including colour and texture, even when out of the same pack. The images we provide are only displayed to give a general example of what the products are likely to look like. We can not guarantee the materials you receive will be an exact match, only similar to the colours shown in the images.
  • If laying multiple packs of paving it is recommended you lay from all packs at the same time to avoid any batch variations amongst packs. Rather than laying one full pack before opening and laying from another.
  • All natural stone may incur natural bumps & rivens of various sizes. There may be slight imperfections which are not favourable. It is advised that any slabs which are not preferred to be set to one side to be used as cuts or to be used in less noticeable areas.
  • Due to the nature of the product it is possible for stones to be damaged in transit. This is a rare occurrence but please allow 10% of your order to allow for breakages.


Product Damages

We take extreme care in packaging and preparing our products and damages are rare. Any damages must be reported upon delivery. Please check the outside packing to ensure there are no damages. You must write on the drivers delivery note that the goods are damaged if there are any faults noticed. Failure to do so may result in goods being deemed as in good condition.

 

We strongly recommend taking a photo of the product upon delivery to confirm the condition of the product upon delivery.

Delivery

Most orders will be delivered on a large HGV wagon , most likely an 18T rigid. However the size of the wagon could be larger or smaller. 

The delivery method will be most likely be curb side delivery via a tail-lift  using a pallet pump truck . 

You must ensure there is adequate space & access for a large HGV size wagon to get to your desired delivery location.

If you are unsure on whether you have adequate space for the delivery wagon we strongly recommend getting in touch with the team prior to ordering to ensure there are no delivery problems.

It is recommended you have a ‘back-up’ delivery location incase the wagon can not get to your desired location. This ‘back-up’ must still be within very close proximity to your delivery address. For example , the front of your property as apposed to the back of your property. We cannot deliver to an address which is different to your delivery address. 

If the delivery is refused or cannot be delivered due to reasons within your control you may be liable for the cost of delivery & re-delivery and/or returning the goods back to us if required.

 

Cancelation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order. This may happen if:

           We have insufficient stock to deliver the materials

            We cannot deliver to your area

            The products were listed at an incorrect price

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or the postal address provided. We will credit  your account for a full refund as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Compensation 

We will not be responsible for paying any compensation for any of the following problems.

Time lost / money lost from delayed delivery’s times / dates . 

We strongly recommend getting the products delivered before the wok is due to commence. In rare cases, delivery dates may be pushed back by days or may be cancelled without any warning. 

We are not responsible for any cost of labour / time lost because of this.

Time lost / money lost from being un-satisfied with our products / service. 

We can not be held responsible for any costs / compensations associated with time / money lost from being unhappy with our products or service.

For example, if you received your order and the full order was broken / faulty which means you can not commence with work planned for that day. We will not be responsible for paying any compensation for this.
