Refund policy

Should you wish to return your order in full, you have 14 days to return the goods unused and in their original packaging - returning the goods will be at your own cost and could  easily cost upwards of £100 per pallet to return due to the heavy nature of the product. 

Because of this reason we strongly recommend ordering a sample and speaking to a member of the team before ordering to check you are happy with the product and to ask any questions you may have.

Refunds for broken / damaged / chipped / unwanted stones

As we specialise in natural stone, all of our products are prone to natural weathering, chips, damages and
anomalies in the colour / patterns / appearances.

Because of this reason we strongly recommend ordering 10% extra than your required area to help compensate for any unwanted slabs. 
However, in most cases, any anomalies add to the natural appearance to the slabs and still look aesthetically pleasing to the finished area. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days following receipt of the return.
